• After passing KYC verification, you can receive one exemption opportunity to restore your account

To effectively verify your identity and prevent abuse, if you choose to restore your account through KYC appeal, we require one of the following:

• Government-issued identification: Passport, ID card, driver's license, or other official identification

KYC Information Processing:

• KYC documents are only used for appeal verification and will not be used for any other purpose

• You may request immediate deletion of your KYC documents at any time
