1. About HiDNS
HiDNS is an open public suffix service designed to provide simple, free internet infrastructure resources, helping personal websites, blogs, and learning projects connect to the internet more easily.
HiDNS operates using an invitation code registration + intended use statement (ticket) model:
- Invitation codes are intended to build a healthy community through personal trust and referrals, not to restrict access;
- During registration, users must describe their intended use for the domain in a ticket;
- However, we do not pre-screen content or intended use at the time of registration;
- You assume complete legal and regulatory responsibility for your domain and all uses thereof;
- HiDNS is not responsible for any content, risks, or legal issues arising from your use of the domain.
2. Service Availability
As HiDNS is a free service, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous service availability;
- Immediacy or stability of domain resolution;
- Feature completeness or data persistence.
You understand and agree that:
- The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, attacks, technical issues, or force majeure;
- HiDNS may suspend resolution based on security or abuse concerns;
- You are responsible for backing up important configuration data.
